11:10 - 13:30 Sampling, swimming and lunch - We will take a bus to the "Pointe Rouge" beach in Marseille to collect marine sediments samples from which we will isolate magnetotactic micro-organisms. We will also have a picnic. You are also welcome to have a swim!  
13:30 - 14:15 Transport - Bus transport from the "Pointe Rouge" beach to the campus of Luminy (AMU).  
15:00 - 19:00 Practicals: Assembly of "OpenFlexure" microscopes (Lab F04.13 and F04.09) - Nicolas Waisbord
